Rheinischer Hof in Waldshut-Tiengen

Attended a wedding two years ago. Food was very good all very friendly. But unfortunately, despite an allergy, it didn't work at all in the beginning. My daughter sat there for a long time without food, that annoyed me a bit because I had agreed everything beforehand. But then the cook came up with a huge plate that was specially cooked. So on the whole satisfied, but maybe you should pay more attention to the allergies even if they are annoying because people can't help it. For my part, that made me stop going to restaurants, as this roll of the eyes when an allergy is addressed is just annoying 🙈

Everything OK. But unfortunately it will be closed again for the time being due to the corona pandemic.

It was the first time at the candlelight dinner. It was very good. The service was very friendly. Price performance fits. We'll be back for sure.

The staff is always very friendly, great food according to German cuisine. You can also go bowling on request.

By far the best restaurant in Waldshut. I have been a regular for years and can only warmly recommend the Rheinischer Hof. Not least because of the very nice and authentic ambience and the always extremely courteous and nice staff. The food is invariably tasty and of high quality, the portions are large and filling. The sauce is the triumph of taste in the art of cooking and that's exactly what you always get in such a perfect way. Dear Babsi, thank you for the countless evenings on which I was allowed to be your guest.

A great quality restaurant. Had a meal here with my family and was served with a friendliness that you hardly ever experience anywhere. The price performance is right here every time. The portions are perfectly adequate and extremely tasty. Changes to the dish are also possible for a small surcharge. Even taking away the food that has not been made is no problem here. I would love to come back here and would recommend it anytime.

Ate venison ragout with spaetzle and red cabbage for lunch today. We have never had such finely seasoned red cabbage. Thank you and always again. Highly recommended..

Very good traditional German cuisine. We ate there twice, the food was always very good and you can sit in a nice rustic atmosphere or on the outside terrace. Wine and beer are also of good quality. The price-performance ratio is right. In addition to whole menus, there are also individual dishes and snacks.

Freshly prepared from the starter to the dessert. We have been here so many times and we have had an excellent meal every time! The staff is very friendly and also works quickly. The Rheinischer Hof is always worth a visit and we would love to come back!

We visited the restaurant and sat and dined in the beer garden. The beer garden is in the pedestrian zone and you can watch the goings-on in a relaxed atmosphere. The dishes were delicious and of high quality. The service (male) was very friendly. The prices are OK. Clear recommendation to come back.

We stayed in Waldshut oner Christmas and New year, although our hotel was great we mainly ate at this restaurant. Service. 10/10 Food. 10/10 We would highly recommend it to you Mike and Marsha

We had a delicious meal on the outside terrace. Nice German menu done well. The waitstaff was very kind and helpful despite the fact that we did not speak a common language. We all smiled, pointed, and everyone was most gracious. We had great food in a beautiful outdoor atmosphere, along with a warm and inviting staff.

Nice restaurant located in Waldshut-Tiengen Altstadt. Crowded over lunch because of the Swiss nationals coming for their shopping. They feature a typical German menu specialised in regional cuisine. They have a great lunch menu, served hot, nicely cooked and presentation. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommended

Great ambience, nice service but food too salty and for one of our dishes we got something differently than ordered (expected). If you offer a wiener Tafelspitz, don’t serve a local type of Tafelspitz please... it is misleading and not fulfilling expectations. Greets from Vienna
